We are a community of 33 detached single-family homes constructed in the late 1990’s as a private, Planned Common Interest Community within a wooded conservation zone.  Located near the Route 7 and Merritt Parkway interchange, we have ready access to points anywhere on the compass and convenient access to the broad array of merchants along Main Avenue in Norwalk.  

As a planned community, homes are owned individually but all the land outside of a home’s footprint is owned by the Linden Heights Community Association, Inc. (LHCA), in which each homeowner is a member.

Within the community, there are four distinct home styles, disbursed but clustered along the private Linden Heights road, with a wooded buffer between the homes and the community property lines.
